Former Cadet creates endowment to honor Corps mentors

2LT Jack Rainbow (middle) with Bill Webb & Clayton Burke

Leaders build leaders — and one cadet proved it before he even graduated.

While still a student at the University of North Georgia, 2LT Jack Rainbow (’23) established the Webb-Burke Servant Leadership Scholarship — a gift created not from wealth, but from gratitude. His goal: to empower future cadets to lead fully, just as others once made possible for him.

This scholarship also honors two alumni, Bill Webb (’12) and Clayton Burke (’18) — mentors who embodied selfless service and inspired countless cadets.

Jack’s story reminds us that true leadership means honor through impact — giving back, not someday, but now.

If you’ve ever been shaped by a mentor or leader, consider honoring them the same way — through impact.
Who helped you become the leader you are today?
